At Supernova, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. We partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service, to bring you high-quality fashion items delivered to your door. Below, you’ll find the details of our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer multiple shipping methods to fit your needs:
1. Economy Shipping
-Cost: Starting from $4.25 (calculated per item).
-Delivery Time: 4–8 business days.
2. Standard Shipping
-Cost: Starting from $4.75.
-Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (most Print Providers).
3. Priority Shipping
-Cost: Calculated individually.
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days (depending on availability).
4. Express Shipping
-Cost: $7.99 for the first item + $2.40 for each additional item.
-Delivery Time: 2–3 business days (including production time).
International Shipping
Currently, international delivery is only available for Standard and Priority shipping methods:
1. Standard International Shipping
-Cost: Starting from $4.75.
-Delivery Time: 10–30 business days.
2. Priority International Shipping
-Cost: Calculated individually.
-Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (depending on availability).
Important Notes
-Processing Times: All shipping times include production time, which varies depending on the product and print provider. Most items are produced within 2–3 business days.
-Shipping Costs: Exact costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your selected shipping method.
-Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
-Shipping Restrictions: Not all shipping methods are available for every product or destination. Some methods, like Express, are U.S.-only.

Returns Policy
Due to the fact that we are partners with Printify, a print-on-demand company, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Supernova offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
